The Atlanta Local Organizing Committee is looking for a few extraordinary people to join us for some special roles as part of the 2013 NCAA Men’s Final Four.  Please see opportunities below and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

The NCAA, Samaritan’s Feet and the ALOC have teamed up to distribute 7500 pairs of shoes to Atlanta-area impoverished children at several different locations March 27-April 4.  To accomplish this goal we need over 1100 volunteers to assist us.  Volunteer roles will included registering participants, washing feet, filling wash basins, organizing/managing shoe storage area, providing directions, etc.   Through this simple act of humility and servant-leadership, our team members and volunteers will express love, compassion, and a message that brings hope.

Samaritan’s Feet volunteers do not have to work the 3 shift minimum and are not required to attend volunteer orientation.  Dates, times and locations are below:
