GA 400 – Pay One of the Last Tolls Road Race
From our friends at the Georgia State Games Commission:
We would like to announce one of those once in a lifetime running events: the GA 400 – Pay one of the Last Tolls!
We will be closing down GA 400 on Sunday morning, November 17, 2013 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Georgia 400 roadway opening!
Race will go from Glen Ridge Connector to Lenox Road (about 4 miles). Many people will considered this race a “Little Peachtree”!
You will run THROUGH the toll booths and pay one of your LAST 50 cents! All toll booth proceeds will go to local charities! A week later the toll booths will be torn down!
This will be one of those rarely unique experiences, so do not miss out!
Many of the original sponsors from 20 years ago will be back to help celebrate!
We are only 2 weeks away, so do not wait as registration may close out due to the highly anticipated interest in this running event.
