April Exercise Challenge: Let’s Jump Rope!
Eleven happy people gladly took the March Exercise Challenge, which was to walk at least 2 miles per week. The highest reported total was 109 miles. That was an average of 3.5 miles per day for that individual! Congratulations! Here’s to better health to them and to all!
We will be jumping rope, to help kick off the April Exercise Challenge. We are gathering outside in the Int’l Plaza this Friday, 4/4/2014 starting at 5:30pm.
There will be ropes provided so no need to worry about bringing a rope.
The goal is just to help get people back accustomed to jumping rope.
