Happy Earth Day!

The Georgia World Congress Center is doing its part and is seeking LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council!

LEED is an internationally recognized green building rating system that addresses five main categories: Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources and Indoor Environmental Quality.

When the certification is complete later this year, GWCC will be the largest convention center in the country to hold this prestigious designation. This Best in Class leadership will provide countless benefits for our business and the environment.
