Chef Isaiah Simon Promoted to the Role of Executive Sous Chef

Please join us in congratulating Chef Isaiah Simon for a promotion to the role of Executive Sous Chef.

Before joining us here at the GWCC as a Banquet Chef this past spring, Chef Simon was the Executive Chef for The Westin at Lake Mary in Florida. Before that he was in a number of positions in the Orlando area such as Sous Chef at Hard Rock Hotel and Sous Chef at Gaylord Palms Hotel.

Chef Simon owns numerous medals from cooking competitions and is a great addition to our team. We are sure his passion and dedication to the art of cooking will continue to shine bright in his new role.
