Bacon, Bacon, Bacon!

Food Services has been known to wow our customers with their amazing dishes over the years but there was something about the bacon at The Georgia Hotel & Lodging Associations Meeting held at the Georgia Dome on April 7th  that got CAP’s George Chidi to tell others about his “bacon encounter.” Check out the note below:

“Also – and this is, in my current state of euphoria, more important – WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT BACON! I’m having a religious experience. I have literally been stopping people on the street and in the office to discuss my recent bacon encounter. I’m … I’m having a breakdown. I’m re-evaluating my life choices.

I would very much like to make whoever is responsible for that bacon famous, and I’m not joking about that. I know people.

Chef Matthew Rosekrans was the chef in charge at the event that day and the bacon is from Benton’s Smokey Mountain Country Hams out of Madisonville, TN.
