GWCC LEED Recertification: Employee Survey
As the world’s largest LEED certified convention center, the GWCC is required to review its sustainability practices in order to recertify the building every few years. We have a goal of increasing our level of LEED certification from silver to gold and your completion of this GWCC employee survey may be the key to our success!
The survey has two parts and should only take about 5 minutes to complete.
The first part asks employees and regular building occupants (including our partners) of the GWCC only to identify the method of transportation they took to and from work last week (June 5 – June 11). There are several options to choose from, including an option for the employee if he/she was on vacation or if it was a scheduled day off and they did not commute.
The second part of the survey asks the employee to rate the comfort of their workspace on a scale of 1 (extremely dissatisfied) to 7 (extremely satisfied). If the employee is transient and does not necessarily have a dedicated workspace/office, please have them consider their department common area as their workspace.
For the convenience of all employees, we have created both an electronic (link below – this is the preferred method) and hard copy version of the survey (attached with two surveys per page, front and back, that can be cut down the middle to maximize use of paper).
Keep in mind this is for folks of the GWCC only, not those housed at the Park or Dome. This survey should only take a couple of minutes to complete and it is critical to have both regular full and part time staff complete it by the end of this week.
