One Team, One Website
As previewed during July’s Town Hall meeting, the Authority’s new user-friendly external website – http://www.gwcca.org – is now live.
Check it out, here.
“The goal of the site is to consolidate all of our campus facilities and assets into one all-encompassing website, reflecting our new organization structure,” said IT Director Sam Brown.
Other goals include: promoting events across the campus; promoting campus facilities to prospective clients; and enhancing the guest experience.
Instead of logging onto separate sites for the Georgia Dome, Centennial Olympic Park and Georgia World Congress Center, you can simply go to http://www.gwcca.org, which hosts landing pages for each facility. However, if users go to one of the former facility sites, for instance, http://www.gadome.com, they will be automatically redirected to that venue’s landing page on http://www.gwcca.org.
In addition to showcasing the campus to potential clients, the new site features an event planning guide, recruitment portal, a section dedicated to campus construction projects, a cross-campus, comprehensive calendar of events, immersive images, breath-taking photography and graphics that capture the unique beauty of our iconic buildings and lush outdoor spaces. It is the single-most important communications tool we have to tell the world who we are: The No. 1 convention, sports and entertainment destination in the world.
Moving forward, we will continue to refine the site, so please send any feedback to: email@example.com.
