Customer Service is just peachy at Peach Bowl
Exceptional customer service made a Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl patron and her elderly father’s New Year’s Eve experience at the Georgia Dome a memorable one thanks to Guest Services Specialist Lenora Evans.
Here’s an excerpt from an e-mail sent by this happy patron:
My father, a handicapped 75-year-old man attended the (Peach Bowl) game on Saturday (Dec. 31). Because he is in a wheelchair, we sat in wheelchair-accessible seating on the lower level, back row. Unfortunately, he couldn’t see the game due to people standing up and especially the location of our seats in 119. This was OK because everyone has a right to stand up and cheer on their team.
I had driven my father 300 miles to see his team play and quietly went to Guest Services. The lady at the desk called for help and what happened after that was awesome. A lady named Lenora Evans came to meet me and could have said, “I am sorry but that’s just the way it is.”
However, she listened to me and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a solution to the problem. If there were more people like her in our world, maybe the world would be a more peaceful place. I am writing to you to tell you how much I appreciate her help and what a great addition she is to the Georgia Dome. I was highly impressed with her professional care and consideration.
