March is National Nutrition Month and our workplace is the best place to optimize healthy eating habits.
Here are five basic tips to help you focus:
- Create a weekly eating regimen based on foods you enjoy
- Don’t skip breakfast
- Choose foods with protein and fiber for lunch
- Go Mediterranean with veggies, olive oil, and foods to help your heart and brain for dinner
- Fill up on water and concentrate on gaining calories from food and not liquids
