Breathe, Stretch, and Flow with Yoga Sessions at the GWCCA

Are you feeling stressed out, have low energy levels, or just simply need a moment to breathe? You’re not the only one!

Breathe, stretch, and flow as you relax your body and calm your mind with Yoga sessions at the GWCCA.

Sessions will be offered on the following days:

MONDAY, APRIL 3

5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Power Flow

FRIDAY, APRIL 14

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Gentle Flow/Yin

MONDAY, APRIL 17

5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – Power Flow

FRIDAY, APRIL 28

12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Gentle Flow/Yin
