Customer Service Week 2017
Customer Service Week is annually observed during the first full week in October. Globally, Customer Service Week is recognized as a way to celebrate the value of customer service and those who serve and support customers. This year’s theme focuses on Building Trust. During this week, it is increasingly important to reflect on how we as individuals and as one Authority build trust with our team members, partners, clients, and the community.
Important questions to ask throughout the week and on a daily basis are: What does trust mean to you? What are some ways that you build trust with customers? How do you want trust built when you are a customer?
