The Human Resources Department recently announced a referral bonus campaign. Please read below and click Police Officers Enhanced Referral Flyer – Dec 2017 for additional details. Feel free to post the above flyer in your work areas to help spread the word about this campaign.



In response to the critical hiring need for Police Officers, the GWCCA has implemented a Public Safety Enhanced Referral Bonus Campaign until further notice.


Campaign Guidelines

Refer a qualified external candidate and if hired you will be eligible to receive $500 as a token of appreciation (within 30 days after your referral is employed).


To be eligible for the referral bonus:

  • You need to be a current employee at the Authority
  • You cannot refer a candidate who has previously worked for the Authority or has already applied or interviewed for another role


Role currently eligible for the referral bonus:

  • Sworn Police Officer


The referral MUST note on the application the name of the current employee who referred them
