Staying active is one of the most important things that you can do to lower your chances of heart disease and to live a healthy life. This month as honor Heart Health Awareness Month we also celebrate YOU and how you get active.
Have you participated in a walk/run, placed/participated in a sporting event, played a sport recreationally or professionally? If so we are asking you to wear your t-shirts, medals, pins, jerseys, etc. every Friday this month for FITNESS FLAIR FRIDAYS!
Strut your stuff and share stories of success and participation with your GWCCA teammates!
