February 14th is the perfect time to show your ♥ love. Try out small, heart-healthy acts like taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Also, walking around your local farmer’s market will make you feel inspired to try a new fruit or vegetable.

Another way to show your heart love is with tasty food. Eating for a healthy heart means filling your plate with heart-healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, paying attention to fiber, eating healthy fats and limiting unhealthy fats like trans fats, as well as salt.
