How do I report an operational issue?

–          By two-way radio: C.O.P. Admin channel.

–          Via e-mail: hotline@gwcc.com.

–          By phone: (external) 404-223-4922; (internal) ext. 4922.

–          In person: Building B, Office Tower, Level 2, GWCC Facility Management Office.

Be prepared to provide these three important Ws:

WHO: Your name and contact information, so that dispatchers can follow-up if more details are needed.

WHAT: Description of the issue – as detailed as possible (photos are helpful).

WHERE: Specific location of issue, i.e. building (A, B, or C), room number, level, office or exterior locale.
